On October 20 our bank became the best in two nominations "The Best Employer" and "HR Brand of year" on an awards ceremony of HR Excellence 2017 organized by recruitment agency of the full cycle WIND at once.
Separate pride for us was the fact that we were estimated on an equal basis with the large companies of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.
Professionalism of judges this year was at the highest level. The initiated projects were judged by the guru and professionals in the field of HR from such companies as Sberbank, Antal Russia, Talent Q, KPMG, Ernst and Young and Ericsson.
