Support for women's entrepreneurship

Bank of Asia actively participated in the final ceremony of the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) program, where our representatives: Beishenalieva Nazira, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Bank of Asia, Dzhunushalieva Ainura, Head of Marketing Department, and Sydykova Taalai, Head of Human Resources Department, acted as mentors for young female entrepreneurs.

The project continued for six months, during which the participants underwent training, coaching and other activities aimed at expanding their skills and knowledge.

At the closing event, Deputy Ambassador Liz Zentos and AmCham Board Chairperson Beishenalieva Nazira presented the participants with certificates of successful completion of the program, expressing their hope to expand the project so that more women entrepreneurs have the opportunity to undergo the mentorship program.

The initiative was supported by the American Chamber of Commerce and the U.S. Embassy in Kyrgyzstan. The main goal of the program was to provide women entrepreneurs with the necessary tools to successfully develop their businesses
