Additional identification in the Elkart Mobile mobile application

Dear customers,

We inform you that, in order to avoid fraud, CJSC MPC has implemented additional identification fields for users in the ELKART Mobile mobile application. Since the update of the mobile application (April 19, 2022), all current users of the application will be assigned the status "Unidentified" and the functionality of the application will be limited. To get access to the full functionality of the application, users need to go through the following remote identification procedure:

1) Download the updated version of the ELKART Mobile app (App Store,Play Market)
2) In the "Profile" section, enter personal identification data:

  • last and First name
  • citizenship
  • pin
  • passport series and number;

3) Take a photo of the front and back sides of the ID passport, take a photo of your face and save the entered data;


After processing the data, the identification status will be displayed in the User's profile and a PUSH notification will be sent to him.
If there are any problems when adding a card in the ELKART Mobile application, please contact the Bank by numbers 0(312) 31 00 21 (ext.112,113), 0(708) 31 00 21.
