Bank of Asia specialist held an HR master class for large companies in the country
El Group Consulting holds a series of professional meetings “HR-Master”, designed to update and expand the expertise of HR professionals in the field of personnel management.
On May 19, the head of the Bank of Asia personnel management department, Jypar Sattarova, held a master class on compensation and benefits (C&B system). According to the consultant: “This area is important and necessary in any organization, since the C&B system for companies is more a personnel cost than an investment in business development. But due to the need to find, attract and retain highly efficient employees, the leadership of most companies began to understand the importance of an effective C&B system and its implementation in the HR structure."
In the master class, Jypar Sattarova shared her experience in developing and implementing a grading system and a payroll structure as basic tools for introducing a system of compensations and benefits in the companies she worked for.
The presentation was based on real examples used by Jypar while working for the international telecommunications company TM Beeline, the mining company KAZMinerals Bozymchak and the financial company Bank of Asia, including as a C&B consultant in projects for UNDP, GIZ, and the World Bank.
The master class was attended by most representatives of well-known companies and banks, such as KAZ Minerals Bazymchak LLC, Finca Bank CJSC, DKIB CJSC (Demir Kyrgyz International Bank), FinanceCreditBank OJSC, GIZ, Elite House LLC, LLC Ecoproduct Asia and LLC Alliance Altyn.
