Free cashouts for pensioners and recipients

Dear clients,
Please be informed that pensioners will not be charged commissions during cashing by Elcart card in all branches of the Bank and banking devises. regardless of which bank the account was opened in and which Bank the pensioner is served in! This rule based on resolution of the NBKR from April 9, 2020.
In addition, people who receive social benefits, cashing by Elcart card is free at all ATM’s in country.
Dear pensioners and recipients, you can contact to any Bank and ATM to withdraw money from your Elcart cards for free.
