“Bank of Asia” and AUCA DevCIT launch a project to train C# programmers
In the context of global and country digitalization, technologies are increasingly entering into various service delivery sectors. That is why, working as a programmer does not always mean working for Google. You can apply your knowledge in our country. Moreover, the local banking services market is currently actively developing, offering more new products and services for its customers, using modern developments in the IT field.
Including “Bank of Asia”, one of the most reliable banks with a 20-year history, is gradually digitalizing, expanding its development team. Following the trends of the time, this fall, the bank, together with DevCIT at AUCA, for the first time will launch a unique joint 9-month project to train C# programmers.
To participate in the project, specific knowledge is not required, only basic computer literacy and well-developed logical thinking are needed. The course teacher is the “Bank of Asia” chief programmer Myktybek Absatar uulu with 7 years of experience and skills in developing and introducing various services and databases. Among his projects are bank payment systems, replenishment of Visa cards through terminals, various plugins and modules for websites. Myktybek also has excellent command of MySQL, as well as C#, PHP and Java.
As Meder Tairov, member of the Board of the CJSC “Bank of Asia” noted “Recently, the IT sphere is in the trend, young people are increasingly choosing new profession as a programmer, studying and improving. The High-Tech Park is actively developing in the country, new generation is changing and transforming. These trends rejoice. Therefore, our bank is happy to support the DevCIT initiative to launch a joint training program, where students can work on practical cases during the training process, and the program itself is maximally adapted to the real project development process at the bank. In addition, this area is well combined with the principles of corporate social responsibility of the bank to support education.”
The curriculum "C# / ASP.NET Programming" will begin on September 27 at the AUCA DevCIT Training Center. Graduates of the program will get a good chance to have an internship, and the best ones will get a job at the “Bank of Asia.”
