A "Suyunchu" payment card was developed and introduced

Dear Clients,
For your convenience, we have developed a special payment card Elkart, for which you can transfer allowances "Suyunchu". For card opening, a minimum balance is not required, and the transfer of funds to the card is free of charge.
Let us recall that from January 1, 2018, the law "On State Benefits in the Kyrgyz Republic" came into effect, within the framework of which benefits will be given at the birth of the child, when the child reaches the age of 3 and for large families.
