In recent years, the bank has focused on the leadership and charismatic qualities of our employees. There are various kinds of events, competitions, collection of ideas, the famous Japanese kaizen technique has been introduced. We try to actively support all initiatives of our employees and it's great that employees can act at their work as hosts due to their interest and involvement.

Being a "host" of a house means to be the owner of your desktop, place, surrounding space, savings bank, branch, that is, to be responsible for everything that happens next to you at your workplace. Constantly improve the conditions, so that workplace will be comfortable, first of all, to the employee and the client. The satisfaction of the customer depends on how the employee meets the guest and this is the most important for us.

The project was initiated and launched from the beginning of this year. Within the framework of which it is planned to develop responsibility and change the attitude of employees to their work. It would great to see everyone as leader in their business, improve their professionalism, apply the economic approach in their work.

Within the framework of this project, noting the special leadership qualities, charisma and the host's approach, bank decided to award the regional director for the southern region of the "Bank of Asia" - Nurkulov Daniyar, recognizing him as the "Best Host of the House" and handing him a certificate for a trip to Dubai for two persons.
